Infrared Waterfall
I love playing with infrared...especially when the rocks take colors that you couldn't see with the naked eye.
These rocks all looked roughly the same under visible light, but under infrared, they took on the odd coloration you see here. From the way they're colored the most likely culprit would be something carried by the water, since the color changes seem to coincide with areas water has run over in the past. Finding something like this means more interest from me in photography. Finding things that surprise me about photography after so many years is becoming harder and harder to find.
